Bad!

Very efficient and friendly service. Guys very helpful. Very fast and good choice of cars.

Waited an age to get seen and then the agent stated they did not have the three child booster seats I’d ordered. She was wholly unhelpful and I had to be very forceful and insistent before she reluctantly managed to procure the child seats. On return the company have fraudulently tried to pin damages on me for defects that existed at the time of pick-up. Fortunately, I took photos before driving off but that hasn’t stopped them withholding my cash for the trumped-up “damage”. Disgraceful and illegal behaviour from what I had previously thought were a reputable organisatio.

Great service. Would use again (but not to book a Europcar vehicle).

Europcar desk at the airport had a queuing system 5hat meant they served their own customers first even when they turned up after our arrival. It wasn’t until I complained that they dealt with my rental. The drop off in Verona was excellent.

Really good booking platform. No issues

The email confirmation stated pick up was in terminal however this wasnt the case. I actually paid more for this privilege so i was disappointed to find that I had to get a shuttle bus to the pick up. Overall we had to wait a long time to get the car.

Like: Car gave good mileage...it was equipped with snow chains and reflector jacket in case of any emergencies
Dislike: Car was by default set for Italian language which was little tricky to change back to english..
