Overall quite satisfied; the pickup and drop-off were very fast. However, I booked a Jeep Cherokee but was given a Nissan X-Trail. Japanese cars are not very sturdy; using snow chains even damaged the rear wheel cover.

As ever , an excellent standard of service from Hertz. We needed to put a second driver on the car and we're a little surprised that we had to commit to the full term even though the second driver was only there for 9 days , but if that's the rules etc etc
