Pick up and drop off very slow and directions confusing.

I contacted the car rental company at the airport, and the shuttle arrived in about 10 minutes. The rental location is not far from the airport, taking at most 10 minutes by car. The car pickup process was very quick and easy. I will choose Routes again next time.

Vehicle exactly as booked. Pick up process was took about 10 minutes but getting the car took another 15. AND it wasn't clean. Had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a wash and the floor was not vac,d, windows dirty. For the price, good value, but Routes needs to streamline their operation. Drop off took about 15 minutes as that was also another painful process. Shuttle service was good comparable to others. Also make sure you have a copy of your insurance

Everything good, except that the car was barely cleaned

Dislike: It would be great if there's more car model to choose

Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
