Superb car rental. Easy to book and great price.

Picking up and dropping off the car at Heathrow Airport T4 branch is very convenient.

We were given a car that hadn’t been properly checked and had illegal tyres and a slow puncture which led to very dangerous driving.

The booking platform was good and resulted in a good price.

Car was better than what I booked due to a shortage of cars. Young driver charge for age 25.

The car was great it just the time spent getting it took absolute ages. The advisor changed the price 3 times until he agreed with the voucher price. Not great tbh.

I arrived an hour after the time indicated. The person at the counter told me I would need to wait an additional 30 mins, because I was late. This didn't make a huge amount of sense to me as they didn't appear to be busy... Also, she clearly had all my details already but insisted on typing them all into her own system again. The car was fine. Ok condition but smelled too strongly of air freshener.
