I got a pleasant surprise with car upgrade. Staff were very pleasant at pickup he was very friendly. Also got a brand new car.

It is awesome. My only comment is now I didn’t get my points and that I have to scan my final bill which I was not given and Routes said they would send it by email and till now it was not sent.

Though I booked for a Rogue Nissan , it was not available. I got a Kia Forte but turned out to be the best for it is fast and good on gas. My family enjoyed the ride and I enjoyed thoroughly the drive. Thanks routes.

I ordered a medium Nissan suv, they seemed to want to push me in a jeep wranfler instead. I pushed back to get the Nissan. It was onlyb5000 km old. Very technically advance, could steer itself around corners type technology. Car was flawless in performance and got great fuel economy

Great booking platform, I have recommended it to a few friends. I used from Australia to book in Canada. Have checked on the app for Australia, new Zealand and the States too.

Like: Very friendly & efficient staff, they even gave us a free upgrade :) They provide a shuttle to & from the Viscount station.
Dislike: When we first called we didn't understand that the person was saying Routes, we thought they were saying Ruth"s. We eventually figured it out.

Dislike: The transportation to the airport was so late that I missed my flight.
