The original documents weren’t available, but we were able to pick up the car with photos. Overall, the experience was pretty good.

Overall service is excellent. We have rented from East Coast several times. The staff is very professional and has a great attitude. They pick us up at the airport.

Able to replace problematic vehicles promptly

Small company, average service. Since I didn’t buy the car rental company’s insurance, a deposit of 1000 AUD was required, which was quite a bit of a rip-off. I recommend buying full insurance at the store with this company, it's even cheaper.

Not far from the airport, prompt pick-up and drop-off. Attentive service, they even provided a free navigation system. The car was new and in good condition. However, the rental company requires the renter to log in and check toll charges themselves, which is inconvenient for foreign visitors. It would be better if the rental company could check the tolls and deduct the fees from the renter's credit card, then notify them.
