Terrible with East Coast. Staff both at call centre and office were poor as well as rude.

The location is slightly out of the way. Fortunately, there's a pickup service. The store is big, but there are few people.

It would have been helpful if the counter staff in sydney had told us about where to drop the car in Brisbane. We found the drop off point off airport quite by chance, which saved us driving to the airport unnecessarily.

your navman desperately needs an upgrade. if i did not had previous knowledge of where i was and where i was going i would have been terribly confused . otherwise the car itself[it was a honda] was great,the mpg was excellent.if you upgrade the navman i would definately use your company again

The rental office is located outside Sydney Airport and you have to wait for the shuttle to come round. Other than that, the staff were friendly and quick. Overall, a positive experience.
