I felt wronged because in the return was asked a damage to the wheel that I did not and later charged to my credit card (value of NZ$ 138.00). They simply sent a document (like a repair company) from Lovetrip itself with the cost of repairing to wheel.

deposit Money was withdrawn from creditcard and has not been returned to the credit card despite returning the car more than 2 days ago, informed about insurance on pick up, was not informed about the insurance arrangements despite taking full protection insurance, staff is not fluent in English and is hard to understand. accused me of returning the car with a minor scrap despite being very cautious. car was old and not full on collection, but it did read 'f' on pick up, but it seemed to surpass 'f' when I filled on returning the vehicle.
