The rental was very cost-effective.

They could have picked us up earlier but insisted on waiting until payment for the shuttle bus.

Overall ok, pickup was a concern as I was asked to go the airport’s busy drop off point and look out for the pickup car’s registration plate. I had my grandson with me and it was very stressful having to manage him and try to look out for a car amongst 100s of people getting dropped off. Operator should pay and use designated pickup areas

Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.

Pickup was only problem. Van does not have any logo ! This is a must!! Not everyone has access to a phone straight off the plane.
