Easy, smooth rental.

Good attitude, but the wait for the shuttle bus was a bit long.

Great service, with shuttle service from the airport to the rental location.

The car had invalid printed insurance. When I called Routes, they emailed me an invalid digital copy. I had to scrap my plans that day, took photos of the invalid insurance.

Worked fine.

Like: Everything was exactly as stated. No high pressure up selling. Courteous staff.
Dislike: Nothing.

Like: They didn’t have any Kia Rio’s available when I picked up, so was upgraded to an SUV which I was very happy about! The Jeep was in excellent condition with low mileage. Quick and friendly service. I ended up needing an extra day plus had to add another driver for that day, and this was done with no problem at all. No issues on returning the vehicle at all, as in they didn’t try to rip you off. I will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Calgary.
Dislike: We had trouble finding the address. Probably because we were not paying as much attention as we should have! We put the unit # in Google maps instead of the correct address. Also I was looking for Easy Rent Cars which now I’m assuming is a 3rd party Next time I’ll know.
