The car had a cracked window and the driver’s side sun shield’s mirror had fallen off. The car was great otherwise and we got a free upgrade. The counter staff were sarcastic and seemed to be judgmental upon pickup. At drop off the same people were present and they were much nicer.

Great customer service. Friendly and informative. They told me to be careful as Alberta has speed cameras every where. So I very much appreciated that. No tickets for me.

On line booking was easy. I got what I expected.

It was fine. Took a dirty Jeep so we could have the experience we paid for.

Like: They didn’t have any Kia Rio’s available when I picked up, so was upgraded to an SUV which I was very happy about! The Jeep was in excellent condition with low mileage. Quick and friendly service. I ended up needing an extra day plus had to add another driver for that day, and this was done with no problem at all. No issues on returning the vehicle at all, as in they didn’t try to rip you off. I will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Calgary.
Dislike: We had trouble finding the address. Probably because we were not paying as much attention as we should have! We put the unit # in Google maps instead of the correct address. Also I was looking for Easy Rent Cars which now I’m assuming is a 3rd party Next time I’ll know.
