The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

“Great car at a great price. Customer service can improve with certain workers.”

Car was great, shuttle driver to routes was pleasant. Getting the car was busy but guy helping us was great. Returning the car was busy, and lady at the counter was very rude to everyone. Lacked customer service skills.

The vehicle delivered was no comparison to what I wanted - They pushed an off the road jeep on us that we drove just down the block and it was the most horrible ride..We turned right around and they put us in a Kia Forte which was a lot better. It drove great and got good gas mileage
