There were at least 10 people waiting for a car at the counter and only one rep to process car renta

The counter staff did not aggressively upsell insurance, which was good

This isn't the first time I've used this rental company, and I've always been quite satisfied. The cars are relatively new, and the paperwork process is quick. However, this time picking up the car at LGA airport, the African American female service agent took a lot of time and couldn't get it done. She kept asking about the driver's license address. Eventually, a manager came out and resolved everything in ten seconds. Returning the car at JFK airport was very efficient, took less than a minute.

Only 1 Thrifty person on counter, Sixth had 4 people on the adjacent counter. Poor signage for car rental at airport. No sat nav on car nor I phone connection

Do not understand why I had additional charges

The process is smooth and easy. Car is ready when we got there. The lady at the counter wasn't really friendly because she insisted we should buy insurance for the car key which I think is just stupid. I already purchased super protection so I refused to pay more just to insure the car key!

Very easy to use. All details are there. The insurance is cheaper than when you buy at the counter. This app is amazing! Gives me alerts of my upcoming trips. Gives all the tips as well when i pick up my car.

Only one counter person who was very busy but courteous. The car was clean but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
