I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . **STAY AWAY** They will force you to purchase their own insurance stating your personal insurance doesn’t have the required coverage (they require $300,000 coverage for property damage)!! Luis’ attitude is HORRIBLE!

I got to the pickup area but the attendant was not there. I waited over an hour just for him to show up. After that, they did not accept my insurance and the cost was 3 times what I expected to pay. Hands down the worst car rental I have ever experienced ! WILL NOT ever use again

The price seemed good on the surface but we never got the car & had to book one at GreenMotion up the street. BUYER BEWARE: you must have a hard copy of insurance...... they would not accept our electronic insurance copy(as every other rental company does), nor had a printer or any accommodation to work around that. So I booked a car somewhere else as we sat in the tiny waiting room & took an Uber to get it. Was ultimately still cheaper than paying the hefty insurance cost One Switch wanted to charge.
