Loved the car, now I want one

Not upfront , the young driver fee should be included before I pay not when I get the car rental place to pay more

I booked a Van with 15 passenger and 4 bags so I have enough space but the Van we got did not have space for a single luggage. We had to accommodate. Everything else was good. I would recommend not to book exact van according to the description, always opt for a larger one then you actually need.

Overall very disappointed with ACE. You check in with some via iPad- who then makes you read out loud your credit card- even though it was provided when reservation was made- is this not a privacy issue? Also service desk was under staffed. When I returned the car and asked for a receipt the agent was rude - overall good price but poor service.

They did not provide the requested mid-size SUV. They assigned three to me and asked me to wait for them being cleaned. Within 5-10 min these cars were given to other customers. I had to take a small vehicle and bring it back for an exchange next day for the reserved SUV. I wasted hours and money for their mistake and mistreatment.

Didn’t have the car class I reserved when arrived and charged me for a larger size. Then had to spend several days of my vacation trying to rectify it. They also didn’t have my reservation in their system when I arrived.
