I explicitly mentioned during the paperwork that I had already purchased insurance through the app and didn’t need it, but they still added extra insurance. The price protector is good but I have yet to see the refunds(I have rebooked at a lower price) coming back to my credit card. So I hope the price difference will credit back without me emailing or calling.
