After multiple conversations, Routes told me they would give me the car I actually reserved. Even though they were polite, both times they did not call me back as they said they would. Couldn’t even complain at return time as the return experience was horrible and took almost an hour. The car they gave me was fine, but not the car I wanted.

“Overall a very good experience”

Everything about the rental carloved the booking platform and iI was great except for the fact that they need more personal at the pick up point. There was a long line up when we arrived to pick up which took a long time to get through. Once we got to the front of the line the process from then on was good.

The booking platform was great to use and I even ended up with a price reduction.

“disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"”

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)
