Good car shady rental company.

I reserved the vehicle for pickup at12pm and dropoff at 12pm. My flight arrived at 7pm. The representative didn't want to change the rental time. He was nickel and dimeing on the car insurance. I already had insurance on my own vehicle, so I wanted to transfer the coverage to the rental, but he didn't want to, this way he could make more money on the agreed upon price. The vehicle wasn't the agreed upon vehicle. I wanted to end the weekly rental early, but I was told there's no refund. Guess I won't be using RIGHT CARS anymore. Definitely not customer friendly.......

The customer service suck, they changed for everything. I didn’t get my vehicle from them and just left. Will never go with them again.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Location is ghetto, the office is a closet on the side of a repair garage that was made into a office. The first car they tried to give us had a brake light out. So they switched us to a car with major dents and a check engine light on. The inside of the glass was so dirty when the sun hit the glass I couldnt see out of it. The car had 3/4 of a tank of gas at pick up, how do you replensih 3/4 tank? It should be full and returned full.
