Car rental place good easy rent a cars not so much

The location was further and having to take 2 shuttles burdensome. Otherwise great.

It’s a shame and they didn’t give me the car. Wanted $400 cash down. Wasted time going there and had to go to another rental agency. That gave me Acari no problem with only $200 down

The pick up was slow from the start. 2 connections by shuttle just to get to the facility. Check in line wasn’t very large but it took a considerable amount of time to check in each person. Car was not cleaned prior to us using it. Upon drop off had we not taken a Lyft from the location. We would have missed our flight home. Shuttle took 45 minutes before we decided we need to take alternate transportation back to airport. Not sure how long it actually took it too arrive. And that’s not even including the line we would have had to wait in to confirm our payment to cash as requested when we put down our CC as a hold.

minor car issues (door lock problem, jittery wipers, dirty seats), insufficient lighting on the lot to examine car conditions at late evening pick-up, slow-ish service at pick-up, excellent service at drop-off, good shuttle service, great value for money, satisfied with the rental, will rent from Fox again

Easy booking, price protector saved us a lot of money

Like: The counter and check in people were friendly and helpful
Dislike: Not a Chevrolet Impala like I reserved
