They do not treat customers as their top priority and do not provide convenience. In most places around the world, airport car rentals offer 24/7 service. Car rentals at the airport should allow customers to pick up cars whenever they arrive, considering possible flight delays, customs procedures, and baggage claim delays. Communication between the car rental company and the rental platform needs to be improved!

The rental company forced a larger car on me when I specifically asked for a small one. The service was terrible, and I definitely won't use them again! I suggest finding a more reliable rental company.

The staff at Routes during our pick up was very rude and un-accommodating. We were originally picked up by a shuttle bus that didn’t belong to Routes, and taken to the wrong location. Once back at the airport and had the shuttle come again, the driver was very rude and told us we wouldn’t fit. We had a screaming baby and 2 small kids with us, and he was not willing to accommodate us at all. Or even offer any compassion to our situation. When we arrived at Routes the desk staff was rude, pushy and difficult to deal with. Overall Routes was not a pleasant place to rent from.

Looks like they dont have many cars to select from...I wanted a car and they gave a jeep...

Car was dangerously low on gas at pickup. I had to return it with more gas.
