Very good, the staff helped find the car, reissued a lost parking ticket, and the return process was smooth.

Renting from Hertz was convenient with minimal queuing.

Excellent service. Since it was my first time driving on a toll highway and I didn't know how to pay, a Hertz employee was very helpful and called to pay the toll for me when I returned the car. I'm truly grateful; they saved me a lot of money. For future visitors driving in the U.S., if you don't want to take the highway, set the GPS to avoid highways. If you're okay with highways, remember that at toll booths, you have to exit the main line to pay and then merge back in.
