Renting a car from Dollar was very convenient, and the car itself was great. We picked up the car at the Los Angeles airport location and returned it at the San Francisco airport location, both of which provided a very comfortable experience. There were no unexpected insurance sales pitches as mentioned on the website (everything was handled on QEEQ, so there were no additional sales pitches on-site, which was the best and most expected outcome). After completing the paperwork (you might have to wait in line if there are many people), you go to pick a car yourself, with around ten models to choose from. Once you pick a car you're happy with, someone at the exit will scan and register it, and you're good to go. Thanks, it was an excellent experience.
