The pick-up and return staff were enthusiastic, professional, and efficient. They provided me with a new car, which exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied.

Picking up the car required waiting in line for a while as there was only one staff member. The staff recommended additional insurance, but since it only covered a limited area, I didn't accept it and just paid for a full tank of fuel. I was told I got a free upgrade to a Dodge Challenger (the staff said Charger in English), otherwise, it would have cost an additional 15 dollars per day. I was excited about the upgrade! Because this car isn't available in my home country, I wasn't too familiar with it. It turned out to be a great car, perhaps even a luxury car! I drove it smoothly for 12 days, covering over 3000 kilometers across the US and Canada. Returning the car was also smooth, with the bearded attendant giving me the all-clear in less than a minute.

Counter staff was unfriendly and in rush. However car was in good condition. Few marks on the body fat were not mentioned on the paper, had to make it signed

Easy rental process as always

Car was great. But didnt know it had a navigation system till almost 2 days after we had it. Weren't told that at counter.

Dislike: The headlights on the vehicle are awful!!! i know its not the rental companies fault just need brights to drive. unsafe!!
