When I first booked the car the pick up point I chose was Sumitivej Sukhumvit Hospital because that was the closes pick up point from my place. However, the day I went to pick up the car and after I arrived at the hospital, I was informed that there are no rental cars there. When we checked the address, turns out that address is for a Hotel so the pick up point and the designated address are different. We then spent over an hour reaching the hotel as the traffic was terrible even though we left early. Luckily I called the counter at the hotel and asked them to wait for us and to extend the Grace period.

The exterior of car is very dirty. The staff told us that it was because of the rain the previous day. We had to accept this dirty car since we were told that all cars in Europcar were fully booked. The pickup and drop off location is wrong. It’s not “call for pickup”. Actually, we need to contact staff in the international terminal and pickup/ drop off at the parking building. It s very far and wasted our time.
