Unclear charges, extremely poor service, discrimination against Chinese. Called to inquire, but they hung up before I finished speaking. Also, there were unknown charges and an extra day fee deducted. The car model provided was different from the one reserved, and there was no prior notice.

The reserved car was not available, so we had to take a downgraded one with a huge price difference! Offering a tank of gas doesn't make up for it! Absolutely disgusting!

Car pickup was pretty easy; it's my first time renting a car abroad.

Not exactly provided me toyota Rav4 but a Hyunda one instead - this is a little bit dissapointing Also they charged 100$ deposit but not yet returned.
