Aside from the staff's persistence in promoting insurance, everything else was great. I had already purchased the highest level of insurance on the platform, but the staff kept recommending additional coverage, which was a bit annoying. In the end, I had to pay a deposit of over 50,000 pesos. Additionally, the car's fuel tank wasn't full when I picked it up, and I only noticed it after getting on the highway, which almost left me stranded due to low fuel. Fortunately, the issue was noted in the rental agreement, so technically there wasn't a problem. However, for those who aren't attentive or don't read the contract thoroughly, it could turn into a hidden pitfall. This can be especially troublesome for people who are not fluent in English.

All documents were sent directly via email, which was quite efficient. There was no excessive upselling, and the staff had a relatively professional and responsible attitude.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. However, the pickup process was slow and took a long time, approximately 40 minutes.

Car was super basic, USB port broken, came w 1/2 tank of gas aand was scratched and dented all over. It ran fine and got us A to B without any issues. Mandatory (allegededly) EXTRA insurance cost more than 2.5x the rental price agreed by QEEQ

Platform is fine, research into ACTUAL price is needed.
