Got a free upgrade at the counter, based on car availability. Excellent from start to finish. Couldn't have been more perfect. I would absolutely rent again, and certainly will in the future. 10/10

There should be more detailed instructions either at the airport or on QEEQ. If I hadn't read the user reviews, I would have almost taken the wrong bus.

The customer service was average when picking up the car, but it was good when returning it. However, there was only one person managing the store at night.

There were quite a few people, but fortunately, the car rental service counters at San Francisco Airport are numerous. A short wait was all it took.

Very disappointed that they did not have the rental we asked for, and did not inform us at the check in, so we paid for the expensive vehicle and than was offered a mini van, with no exchange of price. When asked to change the price in the lot they told us it would be too much work. VERY poor service and would likely never return to this company.
