The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The female customer service representative seemed annoyed, and her attitude was quite indifferent.

Except for the language barrier, everything else was fine. The staff turned on the air conditioning before the inspection upon car return, and when returning the car, staff were already waiting in the parking lot and escorted us to the departure hall. Much more convenient than expected.
