The car was very new, clean, and in excellent condition! There were no issues during the whole trip. Great experience!

There weren't many people when we arrived, and the process was clear. We got the car quickly!

They kept trying to sell me commercial insurance for $30 a day. Fortunately, I asked a friend back home who told me not to buy it because the rental fee already includes insurance. What they were selling locally is likely similar to the non-deductible insurance in our country. If you're an experienced driver from home, you don't need to buy it. Remember, don't change lanes recklessly—foreigners drive by the rules.

The staff are friendly, professional, and humorous. Their English has a slight accent, but it's not a problem.
