This was the worst service attitude I've ever encountered. The explanation was unclear, insurance was aggressively upsold, and charges were repeatedly applied even after fees had already been collected. What was even more unacceptable is that they charged me a pre-authorization fee of €437.4 for the lowest-class vehicle.

Average. The staff's attitude during pickup was mediocre, barely responsive. The car had scratches that were not marked on the inspection sheet. When I asked an employee to check, they told me to take pictures myself and show them when returning the car. At drop-off, I showed the pictures, but the staff didn't even look at them and just had me sign and leave. If there are any additional charges, they need to be resolved later. I hope I don't get scammed. During the rental period, the car's navigation system kept shutting off automatically, requiring manual restart, which affected driving safety.

I waited for half an hour in the parking lot to get the car. The service attitude was good, and they promised to refund 30 euros as compensation. It's been three days since I returned the car, and I haven't received the refund yet. The gas tank was not full when I picked up the car, and the staff promised to reimburse me for the difference when I returned it. Great rental experience. The car had a tire issue in the middle, but we went to a service point to change the car. It was a bit inconvenient but still quite good.
