The customer service kindly asked about the size of the luggage and then upgraded to a larger Nissan for free. Super considerate. The signs for picking up and returning the car were very clear, so I had no problems even as a woman!

Overall a great experience with both easyrentcars and enterprise except one small hitch that I was given a compact SuV instead of a standard one. But according to enterprise classification they were both the same category cars and it worked for me so didn't worry about it. Overall enterprise staff was extremely helpful and courteous

Very satisfying experience

Like: We usually drive to Bar Harbor, but decided to fly to Bangor and rent a car to visit Acadia. Everything thing on the trip was flawless. The pick up and drop off was a bit limited by Enterprise as they have 1 van and are off site, but they made up with SERVICE. The price was right, the weather was great. Very good trip.
Dislike: Not much

Like: Friendly attitude helpful staff
Dislike: the office was preparing to be moved it didnt have office look ...totally understandable

Like: Vehicle was very roomy and great gas mileage. Will be back for next family trip.
Dislike: All was good. Except I had to return vehicle a day late and was charged 38 bucks instead of the standard 26 a day that I had paid. Other than that it all went well.
