Value for money

The store is far from the airport, shuttle service is not timely, the provided vehicle did not match the booked car category, the car was in poor condition with many visible damages, which led to disputes during return and even attempts to blame me for pre-existing damages

We booked Ford Focus, but got a better car (Toyota Camry), were quite happy about it. Pickup and return was very smooth.

My car did not have a USB port so l would advise to check as you cannot assume!

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

You are charging more than the actual toll fee. Actual toll fee should be 13 but you charged me 38 including 15 of admin expense. Admin charge is fine but you should not charge extra for the toll fee like you are selling a coke.
