The car was very new, only 6000 miles on it. Although they suggested switching to an SUV, they didn't push when I declined. Returning the car was very convenient, with a shuttle bus taking us to the terminal.

“Hertz tried to give us a smaller car then gave us a dirty scratched up Kia with warning lights on!”
