The staff always had stern faces, not very friendly.

Both renting and returning the car were smooth. The lady who eventually took us to the airport was particularly nice.

It felt like they were looking down on us. They gave us an outdated wagon. We requested a car change or to pay for an upgrade, but they said they had no cars available at the moment. It was past 7 PM already. Eventually, after discussing with their manager, they gave us a slightly better car, but it was still old. Do all the local car rental companies mainly have old cars?

Service was fairly good, staff were quite welcoming

Perfect car for travelling around NZ. Great experience all round would definitely use again.
