Satisfied. I didn’t refuel the car before returning it, but the fuel charge deducted was almost the same as refueling it myself.

Like: pick up/drop off instructions were easy to understand. Booking process was smooth and efficient. Excellent value for money.
Dislike: At the rental counter i felt like i was unnecessarily sold an unlimited toll fee package which i didn't really need. And also looking back at receipt i seem to have been charged for a concession fee recovery which i thought fro my booking was included in the price.
