Is ACE affiliated with Hertz? I returned a car at Brisbane International and rented another one (due to a different drop-off location) while waiting at the designated spot. ACE sent a car to pick me up. The cars have good value for money; they may not be brand new but still very easy to drive and fuel-efficient. They didn't push for insurance, but I had already bought full coverage. A two-seater car was more than enough for two people.

It would be better if Ace gave their customers their local phone number to arrange pick-up from the airport. The 1800 number is just a recorded message. After a long flight it is frustrating to have to wait 40 minutes not even knowing if Ace will come to pick you up. Also had to wait for 20 minutes just to give my keys back at the end of the hire while they signed up new renters. They should have a dedicated staff member handling returns. When I finally got to the counter it took only 30 seconds

The car I was given was a new car, immaculate. The staff were very helpful at pick up and drop off. The shuttle busses were excellent and gave assistance with luggage to get me on Murrays.

Ace rental car was great but pick up location wasn't clear.

I was offered a 10 seater bus and then given an Outlander when I actually asked for a small car. The service was ok on arrival. The drop off was not that good!!!!!!!!
