I will never use Routes ever again ... absolutely the most unorganized experience I've ever seen with a rental care company. And I've even rented with a mom-pop shop in Hawaii.

“Terrible experience”

Shuttle didnt arrive at airport, they would not answer phone, they would not reimburse for taxi fare, several hidden fees, unpleasant service and staff. Will never use Routes again.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

“my worst ever.”

The worst experience ever! the car was dirty, smelly from cigarettes, and the fuel wasn't on full (half way to the other bar), When i returned the car, the young guy that was checking me out was rude ( I think his name is Edward- not sure). .I'm renting cars for years, all over the world, and never had this experience. I wrote them an email about it (1st time I ever send an email about this kind of situation). I really hope that they will find a way to compensate me.
