Renting a car in Sydney was a total rip-off. I chose to pick up the car at Sydney airport via the app, but when I got there, I found out the pick-up location was more than ten kilometers away. Due to the time I spent finding the place, the app told me I missed the pick-up time and wouldn't refund me. I contacted the rental company to pick me up, costing an additional 20 AUD. Our group, including two kids, had to wait at the airport for two hours and then drive over ten kilometers to complete the paperwork, ruining our day's schedule. The car wasn't easy to drive either. Next time, make sure to check thoroughly; picking up a car at Sydney airport might mean a location kilometers away. Returning the car was the same story; another 20 AUD to be brought back to the airport. It's not about the money but ruining two days of our trip. The app's functionality is terrible, hurting their reputation! Extremely unpleasant experience. Bad review! (Hertz is much better, and their Kia Carnival has a spacious interior, with pick-up available at the airport.)

The vehicle we had, the Toyota Corolla, was superb, fuel-efficient, comfortable, safe, and ideal for our visit to Perth. Had all the bells and whistles and Android Auto worked perfectly. We were in and out within 10 minutes to collect and drop off the car and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only one minor thing was the cleanliness of the windscreen - could have been better.

The QEEQ booking platform was simple and logical to use and the Price Drop Protector worked perfectly. Great system communication kept us informed of the booking at all stages.
