After the flight landed and I picked up my luggage, I called the company and waited for a short while before the shuttle arrived. Everything was very smooth. However, it's important to do some homework in advance about the shuttle pickup location, as it might be a bit challenging to find if your English isn't great.

You can add it at the store for only $14 per day, but I didn’t add it because I felt confident. Even without additional insurance, the deductible was just $1,000, which is extremely cheap. The return process was very simple and hassle-free, and the staff were warm and friendly. I returned the car at night, and the refund was already being processed by the bank the next day.
