Overall not bad, few people and the car was new. The customer service at the German airport was friendly. However, when I asked about buying the Austrian highway pass, they strongly recommended a €140 package that included insurance, claiming it would cover highway fees and that Austrian insurance was very expensive. But since I already had full coverage, they eventually left the decision to me, so I only purchased the €7 per day highway pass. Remember, they can sell you the highway pass directly, so there’s no need to go to a gas station; just ask them.

Very satisfied. The car was upgraded from an Audi Q3 to a Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake. The vehicle was very new, having only driven a little over 10,000 kilometers.

Europcar is a big company, quite reliable with professional service. Excellent experience.

Did not get the car that was reserved in advance, nor was it of the same level. They provided a small Opel.

We booked a 9-seat automatic Mercedes Vito, but when we arrived, the staff told us they only had a 9-seat manual Volkswagen or Opel, and the price remained the same. We had no choice but to downgrade from automatic to manual, and there was no compensation. Finally, when returning the vehicle, they charged us an extra 20 euros for a different drop-off location.
