Parked smoothly, no upselling, they just asked if I had purchased insurance.

The overall service was satisfactory and picking up the car was convenient, but it was late and no one was there to provide guidance.

Very convenient and efficient

In most developed countries, many facilities require self-service and have a high degree of automation. Therefore, you need to understand the process and location for picking up and returning the car in advance. It won't be like in our country, where there are staff serving you all the way. The car was a Holden wagon, and as the Budget staff said, 'the car is bloody new!' It had only done a little over 1,000 kilometers. The car was very new and in great condition.

Car was on par with what we expected. Not sure why the service counter staff initially assigned a smaller car, but then mentioned that we were given a "free upgrade" to a bigger car (which was actually the exact same car that I had chosen upon booking).

Easy booking. Happy with the savings.
