Had to wait for a long time, and they didn't pick us up at the airport as agreed. It took an extra hour and a half to get the car, leaving us completely exhausted. A 3000 deposit was held, and I'm not sure if it will be deducted.

The customer service was unreachable and unreliable. The staff, who appeared to be of Indian origin, made us wait for 2 hours at the airport. They charged a 50 AED cleaning fee for some sand on the floor mats, provided the car with only half a tank of fuel, and the tire pressure warning light was on.

This company is terrible, and this is not a malicious comment—just an honest assessment. That said, I acknowledge it’s partly because I went for the cheapest option, so I accept the problems as mine, but let me explain what happened. ① The efficiency is extremely low. It took two hours to pick up the car, and my family was exhausted. They only started preparing the paperwork after we arrived, and it seemed like the documents weren’t even processed on-site—they were faxed in from somewhere else. One family waited at the airport for 40 minutes for their shuttle, which was even worse. ② The car model didn’t match what I booked, and the price difference wasn’t refunded despite contacting the platform. I rented a Kia MPV but was given a compact SUV, which even had engine issues. ③ For all practical purposes, it’s like forced one-way rental. When I booked, I opted to return the car at Dubai Mall, but when I picked up the car, they claimed this was my own selection mistake. However, there was no such address, and they gave me an alternative location in the city, which turned out to be more like the suburbs—not much better than returning it to the airport.
