I feel like there are not enough staff at the rental company, and the pickup location has fewer people compared to the shop next door. The rental fee and deposit are charged separately, with a deposit of 3000 dirhams, which I think is too much. Refunds take 21 days. I compared it with another company, which only charged a total of 1000 dirhams for both the rental fee and deposit.

Overall, it was pretty good. The process was a bit slow, and I had to wait for a while, but there were no other issues. It was a decent experience overall.

We couldn't rent the car this time partly due to our own reasons. However, because of the flight delay, we arrived too late to pick up the car. When we realized we forgot some documents, the cancellation period had already passed, resulting in us paying for nothing. During the negotiation, they promised to try their best to help us rent a car, but in the end, there was no solution. Due to the flight delay, we neither got the car nor received a refund. Their reason was simple and direct, their attitude very proper, but they didn't resolve the issue. We will never use or recommend this car rental company again.

Make sure to take detailed photos and videos of the car when you rent it, to save time when returning. Otherwise, any unrecorded damages or stains may be difficult to explain.
