The deposit refund process is indefinite, and picking up the car takes at least an hour.

Waited for nearly an hour at the airport for the car, to the point where I doubted if I was standing in the wrong place.

The service was excellent, no insurance upselling, the paperwork was processed quickly, and adding an additional driver was free of charge. There were about ten brand new SUVs in the large parking lot to choose from. The staff said the keys were in the cars, so you could just drive away with whichever one you liked.

I have placed several orders through Zuzuche, but this time when I rented a car in Los Angeles, I paid in full when placing the order. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up the car, they insisted that I had an outstanding payment, and I had to clear it on the spot. I contacted Zuzuche online and spent two hours dealing with the issue without success, which was a huge waste of time. I ended up paying the amount requested by the store. Upon returning and discussing the matter over the phone, nearly half a month has passed with no resolution.
