The service was excellent. We had seven large suitcases, and the customer service suggested upgrading from the originally booked RAV4. It turned out to be perfect for fitting them all.

There were many people, and we had to queue up.

There is a bus available at the airport that takes you to the Budget store. It's easy to find since it is located with other rental places.

I rented a Ford Escape. The counter staff suggested that they would try to see if they could upgrade our car for free. They helped us upgrade to a Toyota 4Runner which was great. The staff claimed it would be free. But I was charged the upgrade free in the end which I overlooked in the small print and signed for.
