The pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient, but the queue time was long. Although we had already purchased full insurance on the platform, they still charged us additional insurance fees on-site.

The service was very poor. The staff went on a sudden strike, making us wait for over two hours in vain, and then told us that no cars of the same model were available. We were forced to upgrade the model.

Service of the shuttle and pick up can be improved. Car was newer and clean. Overall, I’m satisfied.

Al went well on QEEQ side

Need to wait quite long when we picked up the car, the counter agent didn’t tell me if the car was not ready yet, need to be clean up first, it was terrible and took many rounds in the garage to find the car

The man behind the counter was rude on pick up of vehicle and even ruder on return. He questioned the cleanliness of the vehicle on return despite it being unclean on pick up. He had no people skills and his non-verbal communication was negative. If hes not happy in the job then perhaps it's not for him or he should seek supervision from his manager.
