The introduction wasn't detailed enough, and they didn't inform us of the vehicle change time

Initially scheduled to pick up the car near the hotel at Southern Cross Station. When we arrived on time, we were told that the car model wasn't available there and were directed to another pickup point about two kilometers away. This was a hassle with kids and large luggage, and it was difficult to get a cab for six people. The rental company just said there was nothing they could do, leaving us to sort it out ourselves. Why offer a pickup point if it’s unreliable? No credibility...

I get a replacement Holden car which is better than the original Toyota car. It takes me longer than expected for returning the car. It may be due to that it is being the busiest time of the day especially on a public holiday.

We were shocked to find at collection that our car's exterior had not been cleaned, and that it was covered in bird droppings.
