Good experience at a great price

There were only 2 people working the counter when I arrived. I waited in line for 15 min before it was my turn even though I was first in line. It took another 20 min for the person to try to upsell me to a larger vehicle, 4-wheel drive, GPS, insurance, etc. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for my car to be ready. It apparently was the only mid-size car they have and instead of just upgrading me for free, I had to wait 30 min for them to wash, vacuum, and fill up the only Camry in their fleet. And they weren't exactly in a hurry.

Booking was easy. Not sure why the pricing changes so drastically from day to day but the price I paid was very good. There was no price drop this time after I made my reservation.

The shuttle took 20 minutes to show up at the airport. Could not get everyone over in one ride. Once we got to the building, wait was about an hour. Check in process was exceedingly slow...only 3 check in staff, lots to sign with slow machines. Staff was very nice. Incredibly frustrating check in process. Car was a bit dirty, and it was a Dodge (not a Chrysler Town and Country), but worked fine. Drop off process was very quick, which was appreciated. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and fun. All employees seemed to be working hard, but the whole place was severely understaffed and the check in process was ridiculously slow and poorly organized

One thing would definitely be the Customer service is so poor, after a 15-16hr flight/travel it would be really nice to be greeted with a smile, friendly or welcoming tone, like real basic customer service skills needs big improvements. Also the first car (black Ford Explorer) they gave us had problems with the brakes we noticed on the 2&3rd day we had to return it, thankfully they were helpful in giving us another car to replace and worked perfect for us.

After researching so many different car rental booking places I was fixed and confident easyrentcars provided the most affordable rentals for the vehicles we were looking for.

Jeremiah was excellent at counter. Not just with us, but assuring customers behind us it would not belong. car had a lot of dents. Almost all doors and the back door also.
