I picked up the car at Boston Airport in Massachusetts, USA. The pickup process was clearly explained on the QEEQ website. Once I had prepared the necessary documents, I got the car quickly. The company staff were very friendly. The car was almost brand new with less than 5,000 miles on it, and it was in great condition.

When I picked up the car, it was snowing heavily in Boston, and there was no one at the reception area. The attendant was very patient with me. Since I had to return the car early in the morning, the attendant patiently called to check if self-service return was possible. Due to an issue with the insurance on my order, it took a long time, and I ended up changing to an order with insurance. The entire car rental process took nearly half an hour, but the attendant was not annoyed. Considering that I was driving to Richmond, he offered me a larger car and repeatedly reminded me to be careful because of the snowy conditions in Boston.
