Good value for money. Cheaper than most.

The staff was unprofessional. They added highway fees, child seat fees, and a second driver fee during pickup. However, the receipt did not include the child seat. Later, when we went to the store, they said we had canceled the highway fee. The experience was very poor. The car's front right side was damaged, and we were not informed. Luckily, we discovered it ourselves, documented it, and it was not blamed on us in the end.

No the car didn’t exceed my expectations. Noisy, possibly in the drive train. Rear door sticky to open. I did contact Hertz via the messenger platform (which there response on that was excellent) Only problem their response was “Thank you for that! I have sent a request for our Emergency Roadside Service team to reach out to you directly. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience! -Sam” we didn’t receive a call…. Also, the hire got extended, we will return it this Friday 5th July as agreed. No need to bother getting Roadside assistance onto it now, we’ll put up with it

Worst experience ever!!!! The Tesla's air conditioning wasn't working, and the car battery was only 20% charged when given to me.

The car was great but ot wasn't as clean as I would have expected it to be.

Like: Good service Car reserved not available, so upgraded (which actually suited us better)
Dislike: Location in Boston difficult to find
