The overall service of the company is excellent. All aspects, from airport pickup, car inspection and handover, return inspection, to airport drop-off, are very good. However, some staff are not patient enough with customers who are not proficient in English.

The service was quite enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a large group, they upgraded us to a larger American SUV for free. Overall, it was just okay since we only borrowed the car for one day and nothing particularly stood out. We didn't realize the shop closed at 11 PM when we rented the car. When we returned the car, it was already past 11 PM, and there was no one at the shop. The 24-hour hotline was also unresponsive, so we had to return the car the next morning. That night, we had to park the car at the hotel, which was quite expensive given New York's high parking fees!
